After reviewing my cover and asking for some advice on some of the design aspects, I have done some further editing and have come up with a full final cover. This fits into a CD Jewel Case well and below is the final product (from the outside):
Unfortunately the photos are sideways, but this is the fron cover, back cover, and the spines.
